Initial Multisite Consultation

Stadia provides a free 90 minute initial consultation with a church leadership group to understand their multisite dream. This initial meeting allows Stadia and your church to align Stadia’s services with a timeline that will allow for your church to reach your multisite goals.

Multisite Intensive

During our one-day multisite intensive, you and your team will learn strategies and practices for launching and multiplying new campuses. This event is designed for lead pastors, executive/associate pastors, future campus pastors, and other leadership team members. A heavy emphasis will be placed not just on the learning of basic principles but of how they will be contextualized to your church’s unique DNA and demographic content, so that you can continue to multiply beyond your first campus!

Multisite Consultation and Training

For four months, Stadia’s multi-site leadership team will meet with your team monthly via video calls for consultation, training, encouragement, and accountability.
