Developing Phygital Strategy: TheChurch.Digital Podcast

Pre-COVID, One Community Church was a force to be reckoned with. Located in Plano, the multicultural church was highly effective utilizing physical ministry, but in the weeks leading up to COVID, there was an organizational tension that maybe the church needed to firm up its digital strategy. March 2020 confirmed the thought and the church quickly learned that it needed some help to develop that Phygital Strategy. Matt, as the staff person championed to help develop that strategy, reached out to Stadia Phygital for help.

In the conversation here, Matt talks about the tensions observed and the lessons learned in transitioning a large, physical organization towards a phygital mindset… and why One Community Church will be a Phygital organization for the long-haul.
