March 2021 Update

Greeting’s sisters and brothers of MONAT! We are excited to share with you an update on the ministries and construction of Rios de Agua Viva.

Over the last couple of months, we have continued in the construction, specifically in the construction of our new large multipurpose room. We were able to install the electrical system in the center, we installed much of the metal structure for the multipurpose room, and we installed fans in the room. We also purchased materials for the roof.

In the last 60 days, the Church has been working with the families of our children. We have been able to monitor children virtually in each of the development areas, in order to collect fundamental and valuable information that can be used in the future plan of the partner. At the same time, we have been helping each child with school supplies that meet their current needs. This has been a great blessing for them and their families. Currently, they are being cared for by their caregivers through activities that promote the holistic development of each child, emphasizing the need that we all have to draw close to Jesus, as our best friend and savior.

In the next couple of months, we have more plans for construction. We will install the roof, plaster the walls, and install the doors and windows in the multipurpose room. We will also install the electrical system. We will paint and finish the classrooms, office, kitchen, bathrooms, and multipurpose room. Finally, we will host the inauguration for our center!

Although it is true that, throughout this period we have had to face many challenges in advancing the works of the Church Plant, our hearts are filled with joy as we see how God has reached out His hand and pleaded to overcome every challenge that has arisen. When we see how God blesses our children and their families, we are encouraged to continue working in His work. It is encouraging to see how many families have begun to build an appropriate concept about God. All of this, leads us to continue striving so that our children are known, loved, and respected. I believe that the execution of this Church Plant has been a great blessing not only for the lives of the kids but also for each one of us, as members and leaders. God has used this time to strengthen the faith of each one when He has moved His powerful hand to supply and meet every need.

Supplying to meet every need that has arisen so far, in the construction work.
The life of each person who has been willing to financially contribute to the construction site.
The service in labor that each person has provided to contribute to the Lord’s work.

PRAYER REQUESTS

The parents and guardians of the kids so that the Lord may give them the wisdom they need to continue guiding their little ones in their parenting process.
Each of the kids who are carrying out their educational virtual processes, so that they acquire the necessary skills in their cognitive development.
The life of each guardian of the kids; that the Lord adds grace and wisdom to their lives so that they continue to do effective work in the children.
That the Lord continues to provide what is necessary to finish the work.
For the protection of our children and adolescents.
