Iglesia Cruzada Cristiana Dios lo Hará Otra Vez
December 2020 Update
Greetings brothers and sisters of MONAT! We are excited to share with you an update on the ministries and construction of Iglesia Cruzada Cristiana Dios lo Hará Otra Vez.
In the last couple of months, we have made some progress in our construction process. We demolished pre-existing structures on our land, channeled the surface runoff, and carried out inspections on the land. We were also able to excavate and pour the foundation.
The pastor of the daughter church, conducts face-to-face meetings with members of the community and the church in general, they have agreed to hold 2 Sunday services and one on Wednesdays. They are also holding children’s services to the church’s community children, these are being carried out face-to-face. Specific services are held for women every Monday. It is expected to continue developing the face-to-face services and continue with the evangelistic impacts in the community in the next 60 days.
We have seen both opportunities and challenges as we have gone about in the process of construction. A couple of the opportunities we have seen are the willingness of the workers to support our church and see the process completed. We have faced challenges with the weather and shortages in materials.
In the next couple of months, we are hoping to construct the foundation beams, construct the column structures, and lay the mezzanine tile.
Thanks to our great and good God for choosing us to extend His kingdom. We are amazed by the construction of this project and for being able to continue blessing the lives of our children through this great blessing. We will no longer do it only from the spiritual, but we have the opportunity to bless them in other areas of their lives. Thank God for that privilege.
- May God save the lives of the children who will be the beneficiaries of this foundation.
- That we can carry out efficient evangelism that allows us to reach more souls for Christ.
- So that we can be good stewards of all the funds contributed by both Compassion and the local church.
