Iglesia Cruzada Cristiana Dios lo Hará Otra Vez

February 2021 Update

Greetings brothers and sisters of MONAT! We are excited to share with you an update on the ministries and construction of Iglesia Cruzada Cristiana Dios lo Hará Otra Vez

In the last couple of months, we have continued our work towards completing our church building. We constructed the foundation beams, the footings and pedestals, and lifted the pillars of our building. We were also able to purchase materials for the construction and pay our architect and construction manager.

The pastor is holding face-to-face meetings with community members and the church in general, in two service celebrations on Sundays: one at 8am and another at 10am, due to pandemic and space issues. The church continues with days of food aid delivery to the community. Specific services are held for women and men during the week, in addition to sharing the word through evangelization, handling all biosafety protocols.

Given the pandemic, the construction issue has become a real challenge, as workers must comply with certain biosafety issues to which they are not used.

In the next couple of months, we will lift the brick walls.

We are very happy and grateful to God for this great opportunity that He gives us. We also thank God for each donor/sponsor and thank you very much for Compassion Colombia. We pray our good God is guarding and blessing your lives at all times.

We thank God for this privilege, seeing the work progress motivates us to continue in this task of attracting more souls to Christ, because now we will have enough spaces for this to happen, and being able to bless more children together with their families.

PRAYER REQUESTS

  • That we can finish this issue of the pandemic as soon as possible in order to carry out the processes more quickly.
  • May God save the lives of the children who will be the beneficiaries of this foundation.
  • That this issue of pandemic and violence does not generate desertion of families in the sector.
  • That we are good stewards of all the funds contributed by both Compassion and the local church.
