Conference Address:
📍First Baptist Orlando
3000 S John Young Parkway,
Orlando, Florida

Conference Theme:

Lost Cause —  Evangelism has become a taboo word and confusion about evangelism has left the church with a lackluster approach to reaching the lost. We must be about the mission of Jesus: “to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10). That means we must revive evangelism. A church with a culture of evangelism will hold the Biblical values of evangelism, share the compelling narratives of evangelism, and live out the white-hot faith behaviors of an evangelistic church.

Workshop Session 1: How You Can Develop an Ethos & Ethic of Church Multiplication in Your Church and in Your Church Leadership
Becoming a multiplying church with the drive and ability to plant new churches over and over again requires more than just great tactics. It requires great culture. Making church multiplication a core value for yourself, your staff, and your congregation will accelerate your ability to multiply and make multiplication a non-negotiable part of what it means to follow Jesus at your church. In turn, that ethos and ethic will lead to more and more churches in your community and around the world sharing the Gospel. This workshop will help you with strategies and tools to help develop that ethos and ethic.
Time: Tuesday 3/7, 2:30 – 3:30 PM
Location: Faith Hall – Room 355
Speakers: Lungz Makaula, Justin Moxley

Workshop Session 2: How to Develop a Process of Identifying, Growing, and Sending Leaders From Within Your Church to Start New Churches
Did you know the next generation of church planters is probably already sitting in your congregation each week? You probably do, but you may be wondering how to help them begin that journey. This workshop will help you identify those leaders, help them to hear the call to church planting, and help them begin their planting journey.
Time: Wednesday 3/8, 8:45 – 9:45 AM
Location:
 Faith Hall – Room 355
Speakers: Heidy Tandy

Workshop Session 3: Helping the Churches You Start Thrive and Grow in Years 1-3
So many of us spend a very long time dreaming about and planning for our first few weeks or months existing as a church, but once the church is going, it often feels more difficult to plan for thriving and growing during the first few years of the church. This is such an important time for cementing your church’s DNA and establishing an ethos and ethic of church multiplication. This workshop will help you with real-world anecdotes and practical tools for thriving and growing in years one through three.
Time: Wednesday 3/8, 2:30 – 3:30 PM
Location:
 Faith Hall – Room 355
Speakers: Janie Mehaffey

Workshop Session 4: Inspiring Your Leaders to Multiply
Inspiration is vital for multiplication. The leaders you already know may be the next new church leader, but they need to know that’s an option and that they can do it. The church of the future needs more and more leaders who believe in their own ability to multiply and are committed to sharing that vision with others. With stories from real-life practitioners and practical guidance, this workshop will help you inspire your leaders to accelerate church multiplication locally and around the world.
Time: Thursday 3/9, 8:45 – 9:45 AM
Location:
 Faith Hall – Room 355
Speakers: Joshua Chavez
